Delivery
Stutz Candy Company gives our customers the option of choosing USPS or UPS delivery. Stutz is not responsible for delays in deliveries or missed deliveries by a carrier. Most orders will ship within 2 full business day after an order has been received. All shipping charges are per address and include a nominal handling fee.
Warm weather shipping
Ice packs are recommended for shipping to warmer climates and can be purchased for an additional $3.00. Stutz Candy is not responsible for a melted product if a customer does not purchase an ice pack or if the recipient does not accept the candy in a timely manner.
We process orders to the shipping facilities Monday through Thursday depending on to which zone the candy is being sent. This is to avoid the packages sitting in shipping terminals over the weekend.
Inventory
In this event that we run out of a specific item, we will notify our customer and offer a comparable item or will delay the original order processing, upon approval, until the product is available.
